Notice of Forfeiture of Unclaimed Funds
NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS
Pursuant to Ala. Code Section 19-3-87, notice is hereby made to the following persons that you may be entitled to receive unclaimed funds currently maintained by the Shelby County treasury. Funds that are not claimed by 12/17/2026 will be forfeited, and all right, title, and interest in the funds shall be vested forever to the County as provided by state law.
The following funds received through court action may be recovered before 12/17/2026 by obtaining an order from the court listed below by filing a signed motion with that court including your name, pertinent contact information, and case number:
